There's no Rhodes burgher tag like there's danzig for teutons. It lost its gov reform so Sunni knights is okay

We just need cosmetic tags to be applied in specific circumstances. In this case it would be a "Rhodos" tag.
Or, maybe we could even see an event that breaks up the knights if they are no longer catholic, aka "the Grand Master lost control" and every provinces flips to a core or cultural ally.

You could get a rename, but the ideas would look odd, or create a Rhodes tag that never existed
What is strange about a Sunni Ulm? We are talking about Tags were a religion change destroys any sense of the tag...
I know the Ulm meme, but the point is that the Ulm meme is about WC and not about religion. So, the Ulm meme is weirdly out of place here.
It's not strange at all, actually Sunni Ulm is extremely easy to pull off. Just declare war on Genoa or another HRE tag as the Ottomans, vassal Ulm as a side, and force religion. However, yes, it is not as out of place as a country such as the Holy Roman Empire or the Pope.
Joke aside, I don't think you can enforce religion from muslim to christian and vice versa
