Both AI & Humans reorganize when retreating. It's a negative feedback system that prevents unrealistic defensive collapse. Alternatively, once a force reaches 5 org (the retreat breakpoint), it can never fight back against a pursuing enemy, which is unrealistic. This bonus is an abstraction that allows combat to work quasi-realistically, as is organization and morale, and combat values, etc...

I wish theyd allow org regain on move, a modder hacked the exe to allow it. Might as well make it possible in the misc.txt file.

I agree with reservations. It's one of the most annoying+unrealistic things to have a division stop my 24-man stack marching through Siberia just bc their org is low. You can deal with that with 'support attack', but even then, the first wave of troops could be routed by a corps in a day's worth of battle. It's an issue in all large-province sections of the map.

However, moving units shouldn't reorg to full org... there are supply difficulties with armies on the move, there are bottlenecks, unit delays (a division isn't a single block of 13k men moving in a column) etc. and it doesn't make sense for units to reorg to full as-if they were reorging out-of-combat on the frontline or at base.

Not sure if this is a glitch. When I start as Spain in 1933, most of my tech team is gone by 1935. Not events reminded me when they are gone. Weird.

For translations you should ask the community first!
I am not sure that I understand your point. The team already has some volunteers. When they are available, it makes sense to rely on the same persons already used to the terminology and the localization tricks. (If you are interested, I suggest reading Localization vs translation)

For which language? It's better to ask the same person anyway, as Lucifer explained.

And release a patch with buttons and events without text? Not a great idea.

...and that's why I am revisiting all I can from the previous French translations (a daunting task).
