What would patches for Linux version on GoG be like?

I understand that between GoG not being Steam, Linux not being Windows and us, Linux users, supposedly being a bunch of hardy penguin-wranglers these are lower priority, but not even having the hotfix (and, in my case, having a different checksum from the official 2.2.0 for no apparent reason) is a bit... demoralizing.

Or am I actually the only one who plays the GoG version on Linux?

I've no ideological issue with steam and there we have the same versions of window.
Neither do I, tbh, but it was on an intro sale on GoG when I decided to buy it. Also, I simply have more games on GoG, and so follow the news there more, from the days when it was a retro gaming store and Steam was that annoying launcher thingie needed to play Counter-Strike.

out of idle curiosity, checked the OSX version number. They don't get incremental patches (I think GoG only does them for Windows for some reason) but they do have 2.2.2 beta installer.

I'm an even sadder penguin now.

Not to sound passive-aggressive, but GoG Win and Mac still were patched Monday and yesterday respectively, while Linux version wasn't...

Guess there won't be any change until after the holidays now :(

ADD: I'm not entirely sure whom exactly to nag about this, as obviously it's PDX that has the code and, equally obviously, it's GoG who packages it into their installers and puts it up for download...
