I don't see what is so crazy about it. It is basically Megali idea Greece, maybe with over lordship over more of the Balkans and Asia Minor. I don't know enough of 1850s Greek politics to know if they would except the requisite Russian overlordship at this point. Though I do believe that Greece would be willing to make some sacrifices to be given Constantinople.
