What would happen if I changed ruled_years = 5 to ruled_years = 0?

In the landed_titles file? Would it stop me from being able to make titles after a year has passed, or would it disable that 5 year rule?

Generally speaking (I think even all cases) the equal sign actually means => for CK2 . So changing it to 0 would mean it's do able if the current ruler has ruled for 0 or more years (or to be short, yes that should work)
