What would be some good mini-dlc?

It seems like stellaris has a hard time making art and graphical mini dlc to sell. Plantoids clearly showed it's hard to sell the full packs with portraits and ships but I've been thinking that there's probably a lot of different art that could be sold. Like the wonders mini dlc for EU4 and CK2.

Here's a few I could think of:

Variable pirate ships: change up their designs

Rare planets: different spectrum colours for plant biospheres of planets for different star types, more types of toxic worlds and gas giants

Rare galactic ruins: put the corpses actually in space around a planet, or the giant skeleton, or ancient story, and other flavour space stuff in the game plus maybe new ones like an ancient mega corp advertisement

Misc portrait pack: add portraits for aberrant and vehement portraits, extra portraits for some of the emptier groups, more robots, etc

Special galactic wonders and monument pack: add extra options for the look of certain galactic wonders, rework some of the buildable monuments into the planet art (Waste Reprocessing Center, Alien Zoo, Planetary Shield Generator, Numistic Shrine, Ministry of Culture, Nanite Transmuter, Omega Alignment) plus add more.

Atmospheric variance: change the background atmosphere coloration and add space ships of your own empires gfx type flying through it, add weather occasional weather or night and day cycles to the background. Rain and snow and dust for molten worlds would be very cool.

Special rare systems: Little anomalies or stories or stellar objects in weird phases/conditions. Like a star mid supernova or stars combining or black holes combining. Things that require slightly more complex models.
Anyone have any other ideas? Some of these could just be bundled with dlc or together too.

StroyPack with Campaign which we can switch on/off during game creation.
If Yes the Galaxy starts with one fat Not Fallen Empire with mission to form Galaxy Republic, and have some form of Senate and even some edicts like "Science Grants" for everyone.
However with Mid Game the Great federation always split into Materialist and Spiritualist in Great Civil War.
Periodically the conflict heats up making Great Empires more willing to attack neutrals.
Both empires produce more dangerous tech like Interspace deamons or Killer AIs or Xenomorphs Scourage.
In late game the Tools of War could rebel or not and attack the master (and everyone else) leading to their demise.
After that we can claim with out Federation to be new Galaxy republic.

How do you know that portrait/ship packs didn't sell well? Did they talk about it somewhere I missed?

I personally loved the portrait packs, and can't wait for more. Would like to see a cute species pack vol. 2, more robots, and maybe a rock species pack (á la Silicoids in MoO).

There was tons of discussion about it when it came out. Paradox decided to rethink their mini dlc strategy and here we are now.

The reason I focused so much on art and models in my original post is because I'm under the impression that those are the jobs that the mini dlc are meant to keep busy.
