What will the size of tank variant battalions be?

I'm interested to know what the size of SP AA, AT and Art will be? It would seem excessive to have them the same as normal tanks as 60 light artillery tanks would be a lot of firepower. Much more than the same non armoured artillery battalion and a big strain on your country's resources.

How's this going to be balanced?

Probably similar to the size of regular support equipment, simply self proppelled.

An german battery conists of 6, later 4 guns. Each of the 3 Abteilungen has 3 batteries. That means 36 guns per batallion.

Same goes for Tank Destroyer batallions, with an difference in their make up between years but 36 being an good middleground.

Overall, an german artillery battery consisted of 6 guns. An mixed armored artillery battalion conisted of 2 batteries of Wespe (12 guns) and one battery of Hummel (6 guns). That would be, historical speaking, 18 guns per batallion.

This would be my assumption as well. What about SPGs like Stugs and Marders?

A support arty battalion has 24 guns in it. I assume it's the same for the SP variant as well.

So in game it could be this number! I wait to see how Johan integrates his (to be researched) Light Artillery I into his divisions next week. Hopefully it will give some answers.

support batallions are smaller tho, so it probably will be the 36 for the regular sized batallions. Support batallions most likely only consist of 2 companies rather than 3.

This fair as well, I just don't want to see 60 of them per battalion which would be OP.
