What will happen to Marines? Somebody knows?

Castile now has +25% force limit for marines. Then it forms Spain, which does not have such a limit (by the way, why?). What will happen to those marines that already exist after formation? Answer, please. I became very attached to them .

You won't be able to recruit new regiments, but those you already have will remain unless they get stackwiped or consolidated out.
