What will be your first ahistorical country/move?

Play as Sweden and invade Norway as i do in most strategy games were it's possible to learn the mechanics.
Poland Intermarium alliance could be a very interesting (though likely difficult) ahistorical playthrough.
Norway and my target is to get the territires that Norway have lost during the centuries to Denmark, Sweden and UK and i think i will join the axis
Leaving the Baltic be as the Soviet Union and focussing on Turkey (remove atatürk!) and the Mediteranian, challengeing Italy.
1) Reestablish Roman Empire as Italy
2) Try to conquer (but fail misserabley) the US as Mexico

I'll be playing my first game as a communist Germany I think. It's incredibly ahistorical, I want to see how the game will handle it. I think WWII will start with the Comintern declaring war on the west. My next game, probably fascist USA.
Well I am going to try and probably fail to AAR this.
1. Try to move the French to choose to join the German alliance, RP would be the right leaning armed forces decide the Republic is failing and they need to step in.
2. Bring Poland into the Alliance.
3. Take Austria & Czechs
4. Try to keep the Brits from getting involved, get my balkan allies all in a row.
5. Get the living space in the East.

I think I will play as the UK, with a focus on air and naval forces.
I will end the U-Boat threat in the North Atlantic, pound the enemy with strategic bombers, then bring the air war to the skies over Germany.

Soviet Union: Not allowing Japan to invade China without the Soviet Union getting involved extensively. This will involve trying to get Nationalist China into the Comintern as early as possible. Hopefully early enough to avoid Japan invading them. If that isn't possible if Japan attacks China, and is not yet in the Axis yet I will wait until Japan is bogged down in China and launch August Storm a few years early. Together the Soviet Union and China should be able to push Japan into the sea. In HOI3 getting involved in far east politics was a hobby of mine while I was waiting for the Germans to invade, or I got tired of waiting for them to invade. So why not try it in HOI4?

Play as Czechoslovakia. Resist the fascists and install democracy in Germany. Prepare for a world conflct against communism.
Kangeroos are no problem, it's the snakes and spiders that'll win wars.
