What weapons do this.
Devastating blow?
Actuator effected reduced mobility?
Armor ignored?

Was this during the Heavy Metal Flashpoint when you're up against the Black Window and The Bounty Hunter? If so, they have specialized equipment that causes those types of effects. It is unique to them, it isn't for sale or salavge (as far as I am aware).

Yes, I still kicked their but though. I couldn't salvage any of their mechs.

Yeah, unfortunately you can't. :/

I'm getting ready to do that mission myself. I'm rolling in with an Atlas II, two Bull Sharks, and an Annihilator, so I'm too concerned :). Maybe I'll bring my Marauder 2R for some damage reduction/head hunting instead of one of the Bull Sharks or the Atlas II.

Either way, fun will be had :D

Had 2 Atlas II, Marauder 2r and the ECM Cataphact. Took out their Annihilater first then disengaged got Black Widow during the retreat while taking fire from the 2 super Marauders. then let them fight each other for a couple rounds while hiding in the forest under ECM. No loses but had damage in the end.

I rolled in with an Atlas II geared for CQC with a pair of UAC/20s and a quad battery of ERMLas and 2x ERSLas for backup, 2x M3 Bull Sharks packing 80 LRMs apiece, and a 2R Marauder with 2x LPL and 4x ERMLas.

Was very unpleasantly surprised by what Kerensky did to my Atlas even through Bulwark, but at least it wasn't aimed at the 'rauder, which I jumped up to the cover on the rim and precision-shot Kerensky's ammo-containing side torso off (learned my lesson from Victoria about trying for headshots on bosses like these :v). Followed up with one of the LRM boats, which cored her mech, but by that time her lancemates had shoved my Atlas up to four bars of stability damage, so I bounced it up to the rim cover as well and braced. Other LRM boat fired at the remaining Marauder.

Then the Bounty Hunter arrived and solved a lot of problems for me. :D

Then the Bounty Hunter arrived and solved a lot of problems for me. :D

Fortunately, I dropped in that battle with my Elite Command Lance, boasting a 90-tons Highlander HGN-732-B, a 100-tons Atlas II AS7-D-HT, a 95-tons Bull Shark BSK-MAZ and a 90-tons Cyclops Cp-10Z, all extremely pimped up and piloted by my own all-10 Elite Mechwarrior Commander alter ego, as well as other three all-10 Elite Mechwarriors, and managed to pit the Black Widow and the Bounty Hunter against one another from the beginning.

Then my lance performed a tactical fighting withdrawal to a little faraway rocky hill, and sat tight waiting for the very damaged enemy Mech which every now and stumbled into my Mech's cross-hairs while trying to escape the vicious fight - and destroyed them all one at a time. :D

I just did the mission yesterday. I took the two Bull Sharks, the Annihilator, and a Marauder 2R (with a pilot with sensor lock).

We stood on the ridge, in the woods, to the left of the Black Widow company and let them and the Bounty Hunter slug it out. I'd occasionally sensor lock a mech and snipe it from that ridge to try and keep things leveled up between them so neither lance had a clear advantage. Then I just mopped the remaining two mechs up

I think I was fired at maybe twice or three times :). It great when their hate for each other, plus their underestimation of your lance leads to them forgetting you even exist :)
