I'm guessing these are the Camarilla regents of Seattle.
Can you guess the clans?
No. 2 has to be a Toreador.

There seems to be some variation as to who's present during the trial(?) for each playthrough, too.

Middle one on the left could be Jack, and the second character from the left on the right hand side looks an awful lot like the "Lou" character from the cinematic reveal trailer.

Will fat body types be slower and have less dexterity? Will tall body types have a harder time sneaking?
Seems quite extreme.
What game does that? And why? o_O
"

Dragon's Dogma made it work pretty well actually:

Taller / Larger Characters in general could carry more, generally had more stamina

Smaller / Shorter Characters in general could carry less, had less stamina, but recovered stamina quicker, and could descend to fight as Goblins do in one area (which was kinda random TBH)

I’m still taken aback that a Thin-Blood STARTING ability is basically Protean FIVE....

In V5 tabletop they talk about Thin-Blood alchemy letting you summon and control mists, but “turning into mist” is way up theee at the TOP of a Clan discipline.

Seems a bit odd to have a fledgling Thin Blood start off with that.

I wonder what Protean 5 will end up being when players get access to it? Warform?

:)

Pretty sure it's a small bat and not a big warform bat. So not really Protean Five.

- "among the documentation, for example, is a missing cat poster. As you explore Seattle, you’ll find greater concentrations of missing cat posters in certain areas and, if you take the time to investigate the phenomenon, you can eventually discover where all the cats have gone, and why they have disappeared..."

Oh my God... Someone Embraced the local crazy cat lady.

Probably a Nos or a Gangrel.

- "the clean-up crew exemplifies the weirdness Mitsoda and Hardsuit are hoping to carry over from Bloodlines to the sequel. The organisation is run by a man named Bart, who has seen every kind of horror imaginable and is completely numb to it. An early quest involves clearing the mess left behind after a disastrous romantic entanglement between a vampire and a human. 'If someone exploded in a small hotel room, that’s what that would look like,' Schlütter explains. "You’re there to just pick up the pieces. Literally, the pieces. And Bart just comments on whatever is there, eating his noodle-soup."

That's pretty normal for ghouls that get stuck doing the dirty work for their masters which I'm assuming Bart is.

The woman on the right wears the same Lou dress

N°2 on bloadrock's version definitely is Lou. Same dress, same posture, same build/weight (she is a little more "stocky", if I may say so). Which is great, because I already love her character, so her being important is great. :p

I certainly wouldn't mind if she actually turns out to be (based on) the real life Lou Graham. This Bloodlines 2 incarnation of the character would definitely look the part although maybe a bit too classy in terms of attire. Unless, these days she'd be running a premium escort agency/bordello, which obviously would require both the establishment's madam and employees to adhere to an appropriately high class dress code as well.

Lots of moments ... that is still lot of ways to interpret. :-/

Right question should be: Will they be visible whenever we want, or just whenever you allow us to ... and if so, will that be just chance (like many opourtunities for special move), or guaranted wiev (like video sequences)? :-/

So one of six is Thinblood?
Yes, they're the bonus clan.

Which isn't very surprising, we know that the PC is a Thin Blood as a sort of extended tutorial before joining a proper Clan.
