Well actually as far as WW2 is concerned none of those make a whole heck of a lot of sense either. I've done research on women in military service in WW2 in the past but I'll mostly be going off memory here:

-There were no female generals. Manchukuo in-game has one but her rank was essentially entirely ceremonial and she only ever commanded a few thousand (former) bandits on horses in the Manchurian countryside and the like. I think with LaR PDX made her a spy as well but by 1936 she was so well-known as a spy that any chance of her ever being one again was long gone, particularly as a Japanese asset in China.

-There were IIRC 1-2 women who claimed to be aces but their claims are highly dubious and very likely fiction created by the Soviet propaganda machine. Again going off memory, but IIRC neither actually scored 5 kills which is the universally accepted bar one must reach to be considered an ace.

-Out of circa 430k Soviet snipers, less than 2.5k were women, or about half a percent.

-Female spies to my understanding were not quite as rare as female snipers, but not far off. In-game the spy generator has a 50% chance of generating a female spy.

EDIT (decided to go look for some of my previous posts on these topics):

For the case of Yoshiko Kawashima (the Manchurian "general"), see my post here and the two posts after it.
At least in regards to the soviet aces, it's hard to tell what was true with soviet propaganda, however there were 2 women that were given status as aces. Lydia Litvyak is credited by historians as achieving 5-12 solo victories, and isn't really contested as an ace. Yekaterina Budanova is commonly credited with 11 victories, 6 being individual, although her claim as ace is disputed by some as official documents only had 3 kills recorded. Even still, with a division as large as the night witches (name given by Germans) having an ace or 3 pop out in game is not a huge stretch of the imagination for HOI4. Female spies were not terribly uncommon, and idk if its super immersion breaking to have so many in the generator, especially considering we have a focus tree where germany fights alongside the allies against the soviets.

I covered the alleged historical record in my older post which I quoted in the post to which you are replying, but perhaps you did not read it. Provided Litvyak's mechanic is correct, then she would indeed reach ace status with 5 solo kills, but then again there is also the fact the Russians were notorious at inflating kill counts, or just outright making them up (e.g. 25.6.1941 when they bombed Finnish towns and cities, they claimed to have hit airfields and destroyed hundreds of combat aircraft, far more than what the FAF had in total, including types the FAF did not even possess nor were present in the region, such as Bf 109s - the actual Russian kill tally against the FAF that day was zero, zilch, nada, against a couple dozen or so of their own shot down), and this is only the word of a Russian mechanic, not cross-referenced multinational historical records.
