Do they use the one of the nation that forms them? Or do they have a specific one assigned to them?
What unit model does Arabia use?

They have a spesific one. However, last time i checked "That spesific one" is just a generic unit.
Damn, that's annoying if that's true. It would have been nice if they added a special one to reward you for your achievement.
I think that unitmodels are tag spesific so it would be impossible to dynamically give Arabia the models of the country that formed it. It is possible to mod it to give Arabia unique models. There's probably at least one Arabia unitmodel mod out there, and unitmodels don't change the checksum so achievements are still possible.
