No search function, so maybe someone here knows the answer. Once CK is patched up to 1.05 I'm planning on writing an AAR (using a style I have yet to see someone else use, unless I missed something). And since CK often revolves around family relationships (and being the genealogy freak I am), what would be the best program to draw up these family trees so as to post them in AARs later? I'm aware of Family Tree Maker, but it seemed kind of iffy when I tried to use it for this purpose. I saw an awesome AAR some months back where the author described what he used for the trees he posted but I can't for the life of me find the AAR. Any help deeply appreciated (PM if need be). :)

Was it a drawn tree/graphic? Or one of the AARs that write something like:

1. Father (1020-1091) King of Y (1066-1091)
--A. Brother (1056-1109) Count of X
--B. Me (1061-1105) King of Y (1091-1105)
----1. Kid (1085-1093)
--C. Sister (1068-1209) Married to Duke of Z

?

If drawn, I'd just use Paint or another graphics program.

Aye, it was a graphic tree. Thanks for the paint suggestion, but I'd really like to know the name of that program that was used.

EDIT: never mind found it :D , thread can be locked if mods see it fit

Sorry I didn't mention it in my edit, wasn't sure if it would have been of interest to anyone save for myself. It was in MichOrion's praiseworthy "Bloodlines: The House of Habsburg" AAR (http://www.europa-universalis.com/forum/showthread.php?t=169268&page=1&pp=25). He explains what he used on page 2, post 41 of the thread. :)

GenoPro is one of the programs I am considering to use for my AAR trees at the moment.
