What should I do to resolve the problem written in the subject line.
I like play indian tribes in America and Africa (like Inca, Huron, Montopa), but I want to have a fleet!
In my Wersion of Europa Universalis III (gold edition) i musn't build the ships, when I play Indian Tribes.
How i can work around this?
Please, answer me.
