Playing as Milan, I've conquered all the north of Italy plus what today correspond to Bosnia+Serbia+Albania+Kosovo+Greece (including Crete and Rhodes).
England has still same land it had in France at the start.
And yet I can't select neither of them as rivals. Only possible selection was FRance+Austria+ Hungary which were all my allies.
Since I could barely manage to keep all the 3 of them allied I rivaled France. But now for the 3rd rival's slot (the other one is the Ottomans) I only have Hungary and Austria.
Why I don't get England and Mameluks as possible rivals while Castille or Moscow could select mameluks as rivals?
Mamaluks are quite powerful as they control everything from banghazi to Damascus to Medina to Jeddah, same goes for England .
