First post :D Hi Everyone o/

So after I had done some research and watched some tutorials I bought CK2 like 3 months ago. I started the game at year 1066 as the Shi'a Caliph with the Kingdom of Egypt and some counties in the De Jure Kingdom of Arabia. Of course, I had a hard time managing my realm in the beginning as it was too big for a beginner (Silly me) but I eventually managed to get the hang of things. 134 Years and pools of blood later, My character is the Emperor of Egypt. I have control over Kingdom of Egypt, Kingdom of Arabia, De Jure Kingdom of Jerusalem (I can't create the kingdom title coz I'm a Muslim), Kingdom of Mesopotamia, Kingdom of Syria, Kingdom of Persia, and Kingdom of Africa -- all through conquests. My current threat level is like 80%. I have given vice-royalties of all my kingdoms except for the kingdom of Egypt. I have fairly good relationships with my vassals. My religion's moral authority is 100. Long story short, I think I'm doing pretty good (Tell me if otherwise :D).

Now I have some questions for you guys:
  1. What do you think I should be doing in the next 100 years?
  2. What should I be doing while I wait for my threat level to diminish? Coz I can't declare more wars or expand now (too many defensive pacts against me).
  3. I always try not to get more than 2 heirs and I don't grant them any titles, all my vassals are not of my family and I'm not worried because I'm strong enough to keep them in line. Is that good or should I expand my family and grant them everything?
  4. In the last 60 years or so I've been building holdings and improving buildings in my Kingdom only. Should I start improving holdings in other kingdoms I control? What holdings should I improve first? What's the best strategy for this?
  5. Any suggestions irrelevant to my questions are very welcomed.
Sorry for the long post haha

1. Forget Islam, restore Zoroastrism.

Or

Embrace Jihad, conquer Rome

2.- Prepare for war, build up your economy.

3.- The only thing i dont like about playing with muslim dinasties is that...thing, decadence kills all the fun.
4.- Improve only your core holdings, those that you are sure that you will never lose.
5.- Do you like turtles?, they are cool.
