So this happened to me:

The transport rover popped inside the dome when it was done dumping the pile of food to the right.

So like...what can I do about this?

If you have a planetary anomaly that requires a RC Transporter. When you fill the rocket to send it to the anomaly I think it should take that rover instantly.
Another way is of course to remove the dome.
