Newish player question (well, 1300 hours but that is still pretty newish :) -

I am pretty clear on Supply logistics when it comes to units being low supply - and building up all the infrastructure connecting the supply 'hubs' from the capital but what to do
when supply is low and you have maxed out infrastructure everywhere connecting to and including that supply 'hub' and you cannot build any new infrastructure in the affected area as there are no slots available

You can do air-supply, but it is not very effective:

Example: 100 transport-planes could constantly deliver 5 supplies at the cost of 30 command-power ( which will be returned after ending/deleting that mission )

Have you checked the actual infrastructure? The supply limit there is significantly lower than the neighboring areas, are the infra almost completely destroyed?

It seems you only control part of that supply area, reducing the total supply it would normally receive. Taking more of the province and any victory point tiles inside of it helps, but that is a chicken and egg type dilemma.

When an offensive stalls in the middle of a supply province, like yours, you sometimes have to strike elsewhere.

Another option is to make a new division template with logistic support companies and bring in logistic wizard generals. That sometimes gives you the edge to keep pushing.

Mass assault doctrine gives big supply bonuses.

I like to stick logistics units on my heavy units, like tank divisions, or 40-width units.

Move anyone non-essential out of that supply zone.

Good points. Sometimes when I know I am going to fight in bad supply areas I will make an infantry template that includes the logistic support company. Using this template for the infantry divisions lets me bring in 20% or more divisions and possibly outnumber the other side.

Playing a country with the long-term-strategy to attack and to conquer; it may be a good solution to equip every sort of division, who will be assigned to that, with a logistic company from beginning.
In my opinion, the long-term cost-benefit-analysis will support that logistic company.

Very helpful advice - thank you
