I know this question has been asked before but i'm sure in that most recent "dev diary", Johan said it would be released at 3PM (I think?) Stockholm time. That translates to 2PM BST / 1PM GMT.

Why is Steam telling me it's going to be unlocked in 2 days and 22hrs? Which is around 8PM GMT.
