What stellaris needs on console and some idea's

I think you'll be happy to hear that most of these things are either introduced in later versions of the game on PC or are on our developers' roadmap for the future.

As soon as the decision is made to extend the support beyond 1.7 (I'm hopeful!) you'll start getting that stuff.

Mods would be great as well, particularly Mega and Giga construction

Well. At the very least, the modding platform is up and running now. Surviving Mars and Cities Skylines are the games it's being tested with.

The team has gathered a lot of feedback about it and will continue improving it. There are lots of useful features planned, and as the platform grows in functionality, it'll start supporting other games. Whether it'll be Stellaris or one of the others (more games will likely come to consoles from Paradox) remains to be seen.
