What should the spread of Norse Paganism be 1066 - 1337?

I am just guessing that it's been toned down in vanilla and that more of Scandinavia should be Norse religion -- especially early on.

Can any of you Northern European guys give a better picture of what the situation should be? When were most of those areas finally converted?

Not that I have observed, but I am not an expert on Sweden.

Denmark should be fully Christian in 1066, which it is in-game, so that's fine. That's around a century after Denmark became "officially" Christian during the reign of Harald Bluetooth in the 10th century. By the time of Svend II Estridsen in 1066, Denmark was certainly Christian in fact as well as name.

Norway should likewise be mostly or wholly Christian by game start, which it is.

Sweden also looks all right to me.

I'm probably wrong it's just that I remember seeing a few people saying that there should be more Norse provinces in 1066. Sorry if I'm wrong.
