  1. Provincial Decision Ledger
  2. Provincial Decision Ledger
  3. Provincial Decision Ledger

I have to agree here.
I did not use provicincial decision in IN because the ledger is a pain.
In HT, you just have to enact these decisions.

Some kind of interface like the buildings ledger would be nice so that you can display only one decision at a time, and choose whether to enact it or not depending on the RR / tax / production / manpower of the province. And also a tick box so that you do not have the warning appearing in-game when you can enact this decision that screws your centralization.

Seconding:

Ledger, CB bugs.

New (here) suggestions:

Fix the fleets locations, & make it easier to find the tooltips showing what is there (your ships & others'), amid the mass of pirate patrols, supply info, etc.

And one on which I fear I'm almost alone: fix combat. Fewer wipeouts. At sea, more captures. But here, I suspect they'll stick with what we've got. To me, it's game-breaking.

When I play some non-european country, and have a 20 province state, I really don't know the names and location of every province (especially if they are small or remote) and I would like if I could just type in the name of the provice, or get a sufggestions based on a part of the name.

We all know what kinda pain it is when you get a mission that says "build a university in XXXXX" and you don't even have the slightest idea where XXXXX is.

I don't see the difference to the already existing search button?

Well I think that there should be a search button next to (for example) the pause button, and that it should give suggestions based on first few letters. Like I don't really feel like typing letter by letter "badiyat ash sham" or "badakhshan" or "maguindanae".

The search button above your capital jump button does that.

The existing search button works exactly like that. Try the little arrow icon, the top bottom of those on the lower right end of the screen (usually it's around the centre of the screen, on the right side, but that will depend on your screen resolution).

...suggestions based on first few letters...

That's what the Find does though. You don't have to type the whole name.

Also chiming in here to say enough with the regency councils already. I find it hard to believe that ever single one of my Kings at any given time has either:

1. One male son
2. One male son...who died before taking the throne
3. No children at all - or only female children in a Kingdom that does not allow female inheritance

How likely is that? Was the narrow urethra a fairly common element for Kings to have...IN EVERY GAME I PLAY?

Really? Gonna try it right now. I remembered the search button as one where you have to name the province exactly and then it will show it to you.
I apologize for any inconvenience and I am off to play the game ;)

Step 1: Join a country in a war.
Step 2: Make sure you lead the war.
Step 3: Make sure to wipe out the enemy army.
Step 4: Avoid sieging any enemy provinces.
Step 5: Make sure the country mentioned in Step 1 occupies a lot of provinces.
Step 6: Sign a peace deal giving a lot of provinces to said country.
Step 7: Enjoy your newfound Badboy CB.

See how this might be a minor problem? :)

But yes, taking into account actually "activated" CBs or allowing the "activation" of CBs as a defender would be nice.

Well I don't think they'd ban you lol. PI has been built off of the suggestions of its customers. The developers here work very closely with users. They're not the Creative Assembly after all.

But yeah, I can't see why WASD scrolling would hurt at all. One problem I have with the CB system is if I declare war on a country to get another country to fight me, I don't get a CB on that third country in the peace screen. I know this is probably working as intended because that's kind of a gamey move anyway but meh. It would be nice if all members of the alliance shared the CB.

I don't think thwey should share per se, but instead it should be incumbent upon the possessor of the CB to DOW and then whomever the alliance leader is (along with everyone else included in the alliance peace) should recieve the benefit of that CB in terms of making the peace deal. Excemption, however should be minors, who for advantageous reasons make a seperate peace.

I agree. The CB goals are a decent idea all around (for gameplay and to prevent crazy abuse), but they need to be better or more fully incorporated across the board in different war scenarios.

Let's say I have several Reconquest CBs against several countries in eastern Europe. If I go to war with Poland (using a "reconquest" CB against their ("my") lands), and Bohemia defends them (whom I also have a "reconquest" CB against), I should be able to claim the specific "reconquest" lands from both Poland and Bohemia during peace deals. As it stands, I can only get the credit (no infamy) for Poland. I realize this defeats the "war aims/goals" of the system, but this is in fact a criticism I have of the system. You wouldn't just say, "Oh, well, Bohemia, you see I have claims to your land, but since I never pressed a button to say that was my goal, I guess I can't actually claim that land now... so fortunately for you I have to wait 5 years and then press a button to say that, yes, now I officially claim those lands"). If it is indeed a legitimate claim to the lands, I should have legitimate claims to the lands, regardless of how the war began.

Additionally, if you find yourself in a "reconquest" war against a vassal, you actually can't make peace with them directly (since they are a vassal). Consequently, you have to take BB for every province you take, even if it is a core of yours, and even if it is from the vassal itself!

"Reconquest" CB wars should really give 0 BB for all of your core provinces, regardless of whom you are taking them from. (Arguably, all wars should give 0 BB for taking back your cores, though that is at least open to debate.)
