I had a bug in a game where integrating Norway ended up costing close to 1000 diplo points (and yes i know the cost doubles because its Norway!). But they only had original base tax of about 20 and a couple of colonies. No CN formed yet. So i think this bug is connected to a colony they where making with base tax of 0.9. The colony finished and bam! the integration completed too. i think anyone with conasole might be able to reproduce this?

Have you guys done anything about tiny AI stacks suicide attacking bigger armies? Like 2k army walking into a 30k stack.

Yep, it's fixed.

Sounds very bizarre, certainly nothing I've ever heard of it being an issue. I'll have someone look into it just in case.

There is something I'd like to change. Once you integrate a country in a peaceful way all their armies become your armies. But why do their officers die/retire? I think that keeping the officers sounds more logical, one can always dismiss them afterwards anyways.Or is this done for balance reasons?

When you go to war with one of your rivals, you lose trust with their colonial nations. This makes sense on the surface, but later on it makes it harder for you to enter into a Support Independence treaty. Since the best option for independence would be their overlord's rivals, they shouldn't trust you less for having fought their parent countries at some point. Personally, I'd suggest just removing the trust change with CNs, they're not even usually involved with their master's wars.

perhaps change flag system of nation colonial, make more historical because a flag in two part is too horrible for me.

What would be historical colonial flags though? They largely used the flags of their home nations.

Kind of a construction kit for colonial flags based on elements of historical nations. The game would randomly pick one of the elements of home nation and one of standard variables. For example:
Sweden - 5 components from the home nation - blue background, three crones (middle), three crownes (small, left upper corner), three crownes in a heraldic shield (middle), three crownes in a heraldic shield (small, left upper corner)
UK - 5 components - St. Andrew cross, St. Georg cross, british flag in a heraldic shield (middle), british flag in a heraldic shield (small, left upper corner), british flag (small, left upper corner)

Same for all other nations. Then the game pick randomly one of these elements and combines it with one or two standard elements from a base sample like black/blue/red... background, 2/3/4/5 stars in the middle/left corner, square/circle in the middle/corner, a red/blue/white ... stripe on the left/right/upper/down side etc.
The mechanic would be even extended to a standard procedure for a world part once the home nation components was chosen. For example for the first colonial nation of Sweden in Americas three crownes in a heraldic shield in the left upper corner with red background (1st standard element) and St.Georg cross in the middle (2nd element) were picked by EUIV. Any other colony in America would have these 3 crones in the corner with however different standard elements. In the next game, also playing Sweden, the home nations element could be three crowns in the middle picked with black background (1st standard element) and a white circle in the middle around the crownes (2nd element). So afterwards in this playthrough all Swedish colonies would have three crownes in the middle combined however with different stadard elements.

I'd prefer the option to choose between multiple forms or versions of the parent countries flag. So you'd have the option of the flag we have now, but I'd add for example the historical option of a smaller flag in the top left corner, or double the flag on top of each other or next to each other. And the option to choose the added color would also be a super great addition. below are some examples of what I mean.

british_colonial_flags.jpg Algerian_ensign_under_the_French_rule(1875).png

You could also add the option of putting an extra symbol on the flag (as can be seen above), to differentiate more easily and give the flags a bit more character.
Anyways, my two cents, thanks for hearing our suggestions.

You can attach explorer's to swimming armies. Swimming armies don't die to attrition. If you turn El-Dorado off, that means you can explore manually. This means you can explore every sea zone in the world the moment you have an explorer. Without having a single ship. The swimming armies have a speed of 10 which is the same as a barque. ---> Explore the entire mediterannean as Ryukyu for example by 1470-ish.

Cannot core provinces next to vassals in overseas countries. -- is this WAD?
...
WAD to prevent "exploits"

...
If I annex a country that has a colony, the colony needs be able to change religion and culture while it is building. Perhaps, this could lower the settler increase.
...

What I find worse - I diploannexed country and since colony was say 60% advanced I was able to send my colonist to flip culture and religion.
Colony completes, it was overseas so I got core, BUT
- I got full nationalism
- 100% local autonomy

I have with detailed descriptions on how to create them and an instructional video with save-files from before and after, they are incredibly easy to make provided you have damaged regiments and damaged ships. But I haven't received a response other than "please don't write notice me Jake-senpai" at the end of all of my reports.
Which I ofcourse wholly intend to ignore and will in the future just write backwards: "iapnes-ekaj em eciton"

It's still an exploit when my vassal owns land on my capital's continent? I was just trying to take Mecca and let the vassal have the provinces surrounding it. Oh well, the more you know. I'll take one more province next time.

Not really it's just convenience like how nice is it you can use a CB from a vassal and then take a province next to it and core it. It adds new strategic paths and opens more ways of conquest big plus plus in my book.
However if you make it possible transcontinentially you can use to 'migrate' from europe to india and sit there with your fancy western tech units at game start ---> breaks game

I agree with this. If you are the Ottomans, you really are not doing anything gamey as your empire will quickly be in three different continents very shortly after the game begins. The Mamluks starting position spans two continents. These nations are going to have trouble with this from the get go. With the -50% coring costs for being overseas, I can see how this could be abused.

Revolutionary flags. I don't want to inherit the flag of whatever country a formed Germany/Spain/Russia with.

Also non-European revolutionary targets, a whole bunch of ROTW nations have custom revflags defined, but there is almost no way to use them because only Europeans can become Revolutionary.

What would be historical colonial flags though? They largely used the flags of their home nations.
For example : When France are louisiane or quebec in colonial nation, to have historical flag of louisiane or quebec. When Portugal are Brazil, idem. And not a flag with 2 part (one color and other flag of major country)

And for other a-historical option, to have a option to choose between multiple forms or versions of the parent countries flag ?

I don't know if it's possible but it's more fun i think.

This. I want to be a good ally sometimes and it feels like the system/AI is punishing me for it. I don't need +0.25 monthly war exhaustion just because 95% warscore is insufficient for my ally that only wants a single provinces (and war reparations) anyways.
And it greatly affects being the HRE emperor and they AI not signing for peace. I'd prefer to become WL whenever the target nation is AI-controlled, but if that's too hard to implement, at least a Diplomatic Action to call the AI for peace.
