Call for peace for non-warleaders (or remove the separate peace malus).
This. I want to be a good ally sometimes and it feels like the system/AI is punishing me for it. I don't need +0.25 monthly war exhaustion just because 95% warscore is insufficient for my ally that only wants a single provinces (and war reparations) anyways.

Test colonial warfare: AI forgetting about their units on another continent, and for Iberian going home though Africa, Anatolia and then Europe. It is better now than before but I've still seen some of this.
Also naval colonial combat, AI going in with smaller fleets repeatedly while the player is waiting with 200 ships stack.

AI failing to ever move exiled troops.

Guess what happens when Poland and its dependencies stack all of their men save for 13k Lithuanians in the Austrian Netherlands just before the war ends?

They get annexed by Pomerania, that's what.

All such cases I had reports on were fixed

1. I'd like to see a change to the pop up when a nation asks for military access, so that it tells me who else will get access through my country if I agree to their request. With the changes to military access in AoW, we often unintentionally end up giving 3rd parties access to beat up our allies and neighbors. I want to know the list of those 3rd parties in advance.

2. Likewise, I'd like to see the relations penalty of "Refused Military Access" removed. If I'm Castile, for example, and I refused military access to Portugal in the event of an Anglo-Portuguese war against France, then I just saved them a great deal of hurt.

3. Warnings need to be fixed (i.e. removed) now that we have coalitions in the game.

Declare war on an HRE member who is at war with the emperor, co-belligerent their ally who happens to be allied to the emperor. When the emperor peaces out of the war with your enemy, he'll join through the ally:

A) Even though you have over 25% warscore against that ally
B) And call in all his allies even though he wasn't brought in through the call to the emperor that would have made him co-belligerent.

Check also for stranded armies, I've seen vassals armies stuck in friendly territory (another vassals land) and can't go to their home where they might have rebellions or other wars. Happens if the player has isolated vassals. Maybe do some checks to disband and rebuild army if they can't find a way to get home after few years so that they atleast can rebuild the army. Its now worse because they have their force limit filled but can't use the army they have.

Why should you be able to lock an allies units to your own, they are independent and can do whatever they like.

Your nation is the war leader. The other nations entered into the war and will follow you because they desire to win the war. -- of course, they would prioritize getting their war goals first, it would be optional for them to join. When they do join, they are stuck.

As a bonus, we don't have to hear the complaints about the AI. We can lead them to where we need them to be to win the war instead of having troops bunched up in useless areas.

From last night:

#1 issue with the game right now:
Wants your provinces still turns long time allies into hostile nearly _instantly_. Austria decides it wants some Hungarian provinces, let's throw 200 years of alliance, +200 relations, and a "trusts you utterly" out the window. France wants Kafa? That's -90 relations penalty.

Cannot core provinces next to vassals in overseas countries. -- is this WAD?
Defender of the faith determined monthly. It can change in the middle of the month to a new nation and you can still draw the old defender in a war.
Forming Jerusalem creates The Knights in Malta
Portugal and Brittney are loosing their colonies from independence by 1650. -- this has been reworked in 1.12
You can be called into a the same war twice. You say no then ally and get called in again.
I really like the rebel mechanic better than the last. I almost lost my country to particularists when I annexed a country that was creating a colony. I kept the colony even though it had the wrong culture and religion. Big time revolt risk. If I annex a country that has a colony, the colony needs be able to change religion and culture while it is building. Perhaps, this could lower the settler increase.
Dishonoring a call should not allow you to get back into an alliance so easily. The AI does this often.

+100 Hostile core creations costs should not translate to +100 diplomatic annexation costs. Yes, we can wipe the country out in 1.12. The core is already there because of our vassal, we are just integrating their people, not coring their province.

Strange. I always thought that hostile core creation cost was all about the people.

Strange. I always thought that hostile core creation cost was all about the people.

This caused me to look at what coring is defined as in the wiki.

"Coring is the act of adopting a province into what is considered one's patrimony, or rightful homeland. Cored provinces are not considered conquered or occupied, but rather a rightful part of a realm."

That is about the people. It is also about the land itself. We could argue this either way. What is true is that a "Core creation" cost penalty is a very poorly worded way to say that you are also penalized for annexation. Cores are transferred with annexation, not created.

No, they're created. If they were transferred, the vassal would lose theirs.

And HCC modifiers are always about people, not terrain.

Vassals only keep their original cores forever right? The other cores fade away after a certain amount of time past the annexation. They _do_ lose their cores. Perhaps transferred isn't the correct word. I don't see created as the right word either.

If they were created, they should cost admin points and take core creation bonuses into account. Annexation costs diplo points and has its own bonuses. They are different processes with different modifiers.

I can annex a vassal that owns land I already have a core on (at least, I think I can). Can I fabricate a claim on my vassal to make the annexation process go more quickly? That would be nice feature.

I am servery off topic here. Suffice to say I agree that the process are both about people. The game treats all modifiers for them as separate except HCC. I don't see HCC applying to both as something that makes sense.

You mean if you seize a colony in war? As soons as you send a colonist to the devolping colony it changes to your religion and culture. Even if already 900 people of the former overlord live there. If you don't have a colonist you are stuck with the culture and religion of the colony. You can either convert it later, or just abandon it.
But yeah I think this should be changed somehow, but difficult to say how exactly because it bears alot of exploits.

Sorry. I meant if you annex a vassal while they are in the middle of creating a colony (they are, probably, very similar).

You can either convert it later, or just abandon it.
But yeah I think this should be changed somehow, but difficult to say how exactly because it bears alot of exploits.

Thanks for the tip. I had no colonists at the time, so I couldn't try sending one.

I didn't expect 14% unrest and a huge rebellion because of this new colony. It caught me off guard.
