What nation is the better option for forming Jerusalem, The Knights or Cyprus?

Which is your preferred option? What idea groups would you give each?

The Knights have a vastly better set of ideas, but I'd do it as Cyprus for the fluffiness of putting the actual former Kings of Jerusalem on the throne. Considering their almost equally suicidal starting situations, it's really a matter of personal preference.

The Knights have western tech group though, whereas Cyprus is eastern.

also, cyprus (used to at the least) starts with mamluk guaranteeing them...which would mean probably a stability issue if you ever attack them for judea.
