What Mods would you like to see?

I hope someone will do that. Dunno will Stellaris will suit it better?
Black Ice, A mod that gives more options to both major and minor nation's Focus and tech trees, for example I'd love to be able to be Japan and have a more historical focus tree, Where historically japan considered a alliance with britian and the US at certain points, so the focus tree would allow the player to explore those possibility. Also a Gundam Mod, based around the SEED universe or the UC era, I'd love to play as the kingdom of Scandinavian while the earth forces and zaft fight it out, while i just sit back and try not to die.
I would love to see a mod based around the Harry Turtledove books in which the Confederate States of America is still around in WW1 and WW2. If anyone has read the books it would certainly add a lot of flavor. Confederates, British, French, and Russia against United States, Germany, and Austria-Hungary. And because of the way the books pan out there is no Hitler in power and stuff like that.

Is it possible to mod the AI?
Given the desire to mod in fuel and a consumption rate and generally screw up the internal economy and game balance, will it be possible to change the AI behaviour enough to account for these things?

I'd love to see something like SMEP for HoI2, which added a bunch of cool events, especially for the post war redrawing of the map. It seems like this might better be handled by new game mechanics though, so we'll see.
Where the Imperial Federation existed (a federal British Empire with a single government)
A random map generator mod similar to the Random Scenario Generator mod for HOI 3 where it takes the normal world map and fills it with synthesized countries that don't follow real world borders, like some kind of alternate reality.

I personally would love to see this as well. Hearts of Iron 4 has the perfect tech system for introducing new designs of mobile suits, as they by and large followed a parallel design progression to world war II era tanks. One issue you run into is how to combine space and terrestrial maps, but that would really depend on the time period in the war.
