Yeah I'm definitely limiting this to mods that are kept up to date by their respective authors. That being said, I do believe YPC has been updated recently, so I'll at least take a look at it. I've never really used it personally though (unlike the 2 mods I have made compatches for), so I may need to take some time to familiarize myself with it first.

I'd really like to see Patrum Scuta be made compatible with CK2+; the COA (especially the pagan ones) are so much better than the ones in vanilla/CK2+, and I'd love to be able to play with both.

Also, this is probably very unlikely and, if not, definitely very ambitious, but I'd love to see a compatibility patch between CK2+ and Tianxia: Silk Road Expansion. Granted, it would probably at least need to wait for the mod to get into Open Beta (though it would probably be best to wait until the actual release), but I'd love to be able to play in East Asia while using CK2+. Obviously, though, I'm not getting my hopes up for this, as it will probably never happen, seeing how both mods have major additions to CK2.

I currently run YPC along side Plus and haven't really encountered anything worthy of note (Yes, I know, I do so at my own risk), but I think it's worth noting seeing as it's been update fairly recently and again, I haven't really encountered any game-breaking bugs afaik. Making sure it's officially compatible would be a sense of relief however. Look forward to your assessment on the issue.

I took a look at CK2Plus and YPC side-by-side and there doesn't seem to be any direct incompatibility, as there isn't an overlap in any of the files. You should be safe, I can't say for certain that it doesn't affect the game in some other way.

I can personally guarantee this will not happen.

Yeah that seems to be way beyond the scope of what I can do with the free time I have. Plus I can't even begin to imagine the performance implications.

performance implications

That's really not the main problem. After Reaper's Due game could easily handle another 300-400 extra provinces. In fact it does handle more in some other mods.
I could also probably "expand" the map within a day. (without adding provinces)

Paradox would've done it ages ago if it was just "performance and expanding a map a bit".

I'd like to see Lindbrook Texture Map, or another similar map texture mod being made compatible with CK2+. It's always hard to go back to Ck2 plus after spending time in HIP, because of the textures.

Again, I'm definitely not surprised that there won't be a compatibility mod between CK2+ and Tianxia, but since performance and map expansion aren't the issues, what's the main problem?

Three things.
Province history.
Matching history of provinces from one mod to match history of provinces from other mod.
Unique game mechanics - if mods have conflicting philosophies how do you reconcile that?

First two items are about 98% of work on any map expansion.

@blackninja9939 please make AGOT compatible with Plus, it would be so cool! We can add china and japan, and then you just pop in westeros east of asia. and then targs would invade japan and china with dragons.

Rebels and Warmongers, imho no ck2 experience is complete without this mod. The autor made a CK2+ compatible version, but he didn't update for months now... It adds a lot new mechanics and I love the weapons & horse breeding features.
Took a look at the mod page and it seems the author goes away for weeks at a time due to irl issues. As such, putting in a request for use and compatibility would be tricky, if not impossible. The mod looks to have some interesting features however; if its own compatch were updated I would definitely give it a go.
