What medium tank division to use after transitioning from light tanks as a minor?

For minors like poland, hungary, turkey or a formable nation like indonesia or Thailand empire. I use the 5/2/2 light tank division, 5 light tanks, 2 motorized and two light artillery tanks. Support art, maintenance, recon and engineer. I intend to use the light tanks that become stockpiled as armoured recon for my infantry WHEN i change to medium tanks, so they don't go to waste

Trickle in 1-2 MARM battalions as a transition template (to get armour values up) and your go-to template simply replaces all LARM with MARM.
