From what i understand there are 6 or 7 languages the game comes in, i unfortunately can't quote them all off my head, but i know the game will be able to run in English french and Russian
I'm not talking about text language here, but about VIR (the voice over tutorial thing).

I suppose if it is being localized that the VA will be done as well. I hope so, I know a friend who is a native french speaker. If I can convince her to give it a try, she would love a localized game.

Depends on how much overhead it is. I'd be surprised if they don't intend to cover at least a couple of the text languages in VIR.

I only wish Paradox did (for the English version) a sexy female British voice for VIR.

You could probably record some audio files of your own and replace the default ones. So your wish of a sexy female British voice is 99% possible. The main problem is YOU finding a British woman who will loan her voice to your cause, so your chances fall back down to 0%.

That isn't happening any time soon, as I live in New York City.
But I'll keep my hopes up regardless.

Paradox has engaged a guy specially for that VIR, maybe there will be other voices for other languages.... Personally I prefer playing game in english, to avoid bad translations and so on .... but well , if the game was , say in French and the VIR in English , that will sound "cheap" .....
