1. Start and design your own religion, and have ability to reform it, grant abilitys like design heir, divine marriage, intermarry options and so..
2. Moding tool what writs itself on Notepad file. Like lets say you want to start new building you can choose how many lvls this building have, what it needs and what it gives. So peoples can add tons of buildings with few clicks. Religions and other things also. Like map you choose or generate blank map and then choose options generatye it to like 2000 provinces then map generates provinces and saves files on needed folder.
3. dynastic relations and options, like use only dynastic names or can use cultural and religion names also.
4.adventure mode, play as landless character
5.More interactive plots, where you can take actions and counter actions, plots not need to be trigered, but you can start it, And victim can react it. co plotters make decison also what makes how it will be resulted.
6. No hardcoded resources like gold, prestige and piety, modder can add stone, iron, marble, copper diamonds and all what he can think so ruler can decisde what material he uses to build his house, streets or walls.

Smarter AI (especially vassal AI) and an even greater importance of internal politics, so that it would be as important as external politics. Conclave helped a lot here, but I think more could be done in this field.

Me, I'd personally like something to flesh out the late game and expand out the end date further into the Renaissance so you could play as some of infamous Italian republican families such as the Medici and Borgia as well as having the War of the Roses. To further that, I wouldn't mind a tech overhaul, gunpowder, and trade fleshed out.
Have you ever heard of EU4?

Have you ever heard of EU4?

Yes, I even play EU4 but the character focus of CK2 could represent certain events such as the Hundred Years War or War of the Roses far better in my personal opinion. Not to mention all of those Italian republican families could pretty much be the poster children for all the things we do in CK2- especially the Borgia with their fondness for intrigue. murder, and seduction.

Regardless of that though, my real wish is just to have the late game feel different than the early game. 769 and 1337 should not basically be the same to say the least.

Also a minor point I forgot is the ability to actually make basic realistic decisions.

1. The ability to freely abdicate.

Meaning I shouldn't have to be stressed, or depressed, or severely crippled to abdicate my throne if my character simple wants an easy life and pass on the burdens of ruling to someone else. Especially in matches where all your vassals hate you because you're some inbred heretic, and you have much better relatives or heirs. I would imagine that your family would pressure you to abdicate so that they can save their family name from a terrible ruler.

2. The ability to kill yourself.

I am king / queen of a country... I can declare war on the pope, cause massive wars, ruin my country, or do the exact vice versa. But yet I simply can't chose to kill myself in the game... can't just drink to much beer and decide to go fight a wild bear, or simply walk off a cliff.

3. The ability to plot to kidnap people.

In the WoL dlc you have the ability to rescue people... but no way to kidnap / forcibly imprison people? If I am the king of my country... fight entire wars over nothing... why can't I declare war to potentially marry someone who has high opinion of me, but when their liege lord is being a turd that dislikes my character and refusing to let me marry them.

4. The ability to have multiple plots going at once.

Makes absolutely no sense why you can't plot to assassinate multiple people at once or plot to revoke multiple titles.

5. Actions that don't require silly time locks.

Things like seduction, dueling, breaking people out of prison, ect. It would make more sense if players could do it all the time, and simply makes focuses as stat bonuses that greatly improve the chances of how likely that action is to going succeed, instead of making them flat out requirements.

6. No more instantly teleporting armies and characters.

I don't think I need to tell you how broken it is to simply give a powerful character a title in the middle of no where and all a suddenly he can teleport his entire army from western Europe to like India.

Also the thing I hate the most is your instantly teleporting character when you're under siege. A lot of times my character is my best commander, highest martial character in my real. So its important that he actually leads the relief army to break a raider siege instead of being forced as the defending commander.

There raly should be deeper gameplay ability changes, . And it should be about power and cunning.

1. rise to power without claim, just have powerful friends to support you.
2. Resist and secure imprisonment. Not about arrest change but about panning, power and gunning. Like send 4 your best man to imprison that curtiere, but if he/she has power he can have like 10 bodyguards to block your imprisnonment attempt and you can decide if you still try to imprison them by killing hes guards or go back and make new plan, if you try to go 4 against 10, then fighting events trigger where is decided if you can take him or not.
3. Have hostages, to keep vassals or enemy at bay, If they have cerait traits or rationality they still can act against you even if you have hostages and you can decide if you are mercyful or kill, maim or defile hostage.
4. Marry as virgin and event chain for that. If you are not virgin and husbend will not like it it will trigger certain events, can abbadon daughter if she not virgin anymore or send her to become nun or servant of god.
5. Send courtiers as spy to other courts, let them make friends, start plots and so on.

Your English there is pretty broken so I fixed it up a bit for you.

Yeah I agree, there needs to be a lot more in depth roleplaying aspects to the game instead of the constant hey "Chancellor fabricate this claim for me", "oh its done", "okay lets declare war", "cool I now have more pointless people part of my giant blob that don't do anything but hate me for stupid reasons".

More depth for heresies, pagans and even the main religions. Improvements to the ships and transporting troops. That's pretty much my wishlist.

A "Unite Islam" decision would definitely appeal to me. Since a Byzantine Emperor can Mend the Schism by controlling certain places and making them Orthodox, I have no reason to believe a similar decision couldn't be made available for Muslim rulers (though I'd want it restricted to Caliphs). For example, if I'm the Sunni Caliph and I control the requisite counties and have made them Sunni, then uniting Islam would make Shia and Ibadi denominations into Sunni heresies. Likewise, Sunni and Ibadi denominations would become Shia heresies if a Shia Caliph controlled the requisite counties, made them Shia, and took the "Unite Islam" decision.
Shia Islam should play in a totally different way than Sunni Islam, just not the exact same thing. Also some minor religions should get different mechanics. Like Nestorian or some pagan ones, minor heresies...

The Caliph title shouldn't be lost in a decadence war. For the whole time period the Sunni Caliph has been Abassid. Situations like the 1066 one where the Caliph is a vassal of Seljuk is totally imposible in game right now.

Shia Caliphs should be called Shia Imams. It's more accurate.

Specific culture traits rules, etc.
Off the top of my head, I'd say:
Correct heresy system a bit. For example, among Christians, everyone but Orthodox-vs-Catholic should see each others as heresies. Same for Muslim, they should see other branches as heretic. No reason Catholics should hate Messalians less than Fraticelli.
Add Eu4-like trigger based ruler title-name system. Definitely more convenient to mod than system Ck2 still uses.
Allow religion to allow concubinge while banning abduction.
Better patriarchate system. Autocephalous patriarch should be separate positions from court chaplain. Patriarch of top liege should be religious head of all same-religion realm characters... So Exarchs of Byzantium won't have different religious heads than Basileus.
But Catholics and Orthodox didn't treat Nestorians or Coptic Christians as heresies IRL. They didn't holy war each other or called crusades aganist each other. I get what you mean, but it's complicated.

A unified Christianity shouldn't be the same as considering Orthodox the main branch. It should be more to it than considering Catholicism an heresy and rulers in Europe mass converting.

A fixed assignable gavelkind... Where the non primary titles are assigned to your kids, like the nominate in elective, instead of the titles getting all mixed up without any sense whatsoever on succession.

You know, when your son the count of Lancaster inherits the duchy of York when your other son the count of York inherits the duchy of Lancaster.

For the most part I'm actually happy with the game as it is. An option to turn India on/off, alongside others mentioned in a Dev Diary IIRC, would be fantastic for me. It's just one area of the game where, unless you're actively playing in it, won't have any bearing on your playthrough at all, and unlike others such as ME and Africa, it's a performance drag. Apart from that, stronger plots(I've never been assassinated, and I can't remember any important family members being assassinated either), and possibly more family related events would be sweet. You don't really get as many spousal/sibling/parental related events unless you yourself are a child or you have the Family focus on, so it would be nice to be reminded that your other family members are there from time to time when you're not muttering resentfully at their negative opinions of you, despite in some cases raising them/getting them married/giving them a job. Ungrateful little...

At this point, I just really want the EUIV Converter to work well again. Its practically unusable with Conclave running.

But I've come to accept that it won't be stable until both CK2 and EU4 stop getting support. So maybe in 2019? 2020?

You're still shit out of luck if you want something fleshed out from 1250 to 1448. So EU4 doesn't matter
Yea, well it's not gonna happen.
