I'll share first. I will start with the glorious Otterspace Empire(F.Materialist, Authoritarian(?), Unknown Civics, Intelligent, Nonadaptive, Communal, Conformists, Weak, Science Directorate) who are going to "enlighten" the other races of the galaxy by putting them to manual labor, as obviously hard work is the way to enlightenment. Eventually, all the Otters will only live on Gaia worlds, Ringworlds, and Habitats and be genemodded to perfection, while the "enlightened" races will be planet bound on the rest of the planets and be genemodded for docility and efficiency at manual labor, because their purpose is "enlightened" servitude.

I can't wait.

Fanatical Purification of course. Gonna tear through the galaxy and just wipe everyone out - leave behind vassal empires of my own species.

Maybe try to set a record for replacing all sentient life in the galaxy with my own species....

Zombie horde, I will not build farms and only eat sentient species through purging, listening to the music of a billion voices while they are walzed into my processing facilities.

Fanatical Authoritarian and Militarist, I'll play as hegemonic imperialists who want to dominate the galaxy and the biology of every living thing. If Oceania had a biology fetish essentially.

My first idea could be considered somewhat inspired by the hunger games. Not quite sure how the set up will work but the general idea is:

Xenophobic, Egalitarian, Materialist

Unknown what traits yet but the general idea is to enslave any and all alien races and, using the biological ascension path, eventuually specialise each species to produce food/minerals while my starting species will do science and eventually get droids/synths to do energy. In the meantime, I'll give my main species "utopia" or "chemical bliss" living standards but probably not put them on too many worlds to avoid consumer goods costs spiralling too massively.

Of course it will probably end up playing completely different, but it would be my first serious playthrough as a xenophobic species.

Mulluscoid, Massive 14.

Fanatic Xenophile x (other)
Playing one of two ways.
Romatic - They love everything: Natural sociologist, charismatic
Hentai - They'll 'love' anything: Repugnant and/or Deviants, (Some combination of: Rapid breeders, Strong/very strong - Struggle snuggle, Enduring - Me love you long time, Nomadic - coming for that booty.)

Not sure what ascenion i'd choose with this honestly...

Fanatic materialist science directorate with the traits: slow breeders, weak, charismatic, thrifty, and natural engineers. We'll be building robots to work for us until we can throw off the shackles of our limited flesh and become machines ourselves!

We may even be the AI rebellion; not sure yet... :p

No idea what I'll do first, but I certainly have a few plans:
  1. A revamp of my Fanatical Purifier fungoids that can't understand the very concept of a thinking being that isn't one of them.
  2. Something something empire that domesticates some tasty birds as food and modifies them to be EVEN BETTER at being food.
  3. Another Worm playthrough- possibly with the Genetic or Psionic Ascension.
  4. A Hive Mind playthrough.

Depends on how the acension perks are like. Based on the ones we already know, I have 2 main ones I want to try out. I'll choose one of them to go first when I know of all the ascension perks and their mechanics.

Ruthless capitalists like mentality. A medium sized empire with clear inner worlds and outer worlds on the development scale. Egalitarian, militarist and materialist ethos with intelligent, strong and sedentary traits. Terran Republic with human civilization. They will try to build all the megastructures, but focusing on the Dyson Sphere and ringworlds. Welcome all accepting races to the Republic, and leave the rest to their own devices on the outer worlds. Mixed tall and wide empire unity trees. Their ultimate goal will be to achieve full synthetic ascension.

Then I'm going as my Vossk Empire and going on a great conquest, winning the game the traditional way :D. Fanatic militarist, authoritarian ethos with very strong, repugnant and sedentary traits. They will focus on the sensor array and crush everything in their path. Maxed wide empire unity tree. Ultimate goal is to subjugate the galaxy. Slavery not necessary, but will used if p***** off. Purge all the space toads. And foxes. All of them.

Species: Humans (Homo sapiens)
Homeworld: Earth
Nation: United Earth Republic (U.E.R.)
Government: Representative Republic
Ethos: Fanatic Egalitarian, Militarist
Civics: Beacon of Liberty, N/A

The United Earth Republic is an interstellar nation dedicated to the ideals of liberty, equality, and democracy. Though willing to unite with anyone who shares their commitment to liberty, the U.E.R. is not afraid to fight, and if need be die, to defend it. Believing that ascension on a societal level would deprive citizens of personal choice and freedom, the Republic instead invests in massive teraforming and space projects, ensuring a better for all its citizens.
