What is this?

Haven't played Stellaris in Eons and can't figure out what this means. It's the number in the red box under mining districts, anyone know? Screenie attached.

The 1/16? That just means you have 1 mining district built out of a possible 16.

Then why doesn't it give that ratio for all the other district types? Seems to me to be highlighting something.

Because there are more mining districts available than can be displayed by the little squares.

The number only appears when you have more districts than UI space.

Ah ok thanks my OCD was kicking in. Now that I look it is across the UI and not just in that singular instance, not sure what mind trick was happening to me.
