I am confused about my nation's budget
I am playing as Spain and my monthly budget is consistently showing Recruitment Cost 110.50
What is that?
The only thing I am doing is building 4 2nd rate ship-of-the-lines. I am not recruiting or constructing anything else. Furthermore I am not currently suffering from any attrition. So what is this recruitment cost?
It just so happens one of these ships cost me 110.50 to produce (at my Level 3 ports) however that cost is all taken out of my coffers as soon as I commission the ship, and anyway if its cost was factored into the monthly budget since it takes 180 days to produce, 180 is about 6 months so cost of ship (110.5) divided by 6 months = 18.4 per month multiplied by 4 (how many I am producing right now) = ~74. So that does not explain it.
And on top of that when one of my ships finished the recruitment cost still stayed at 110.5. What gives?
