I've just started to get into the modding scene in CKII, and I'd like to know what you can and can't do with it.
For instance, would be possible to:
create new kingdom titles?
Make new laws?
Add new timed events?
Looking into how mods are structured, I've seen that most things within the game (such as events) have an "effect" list, which is apparently commands which will be run whenever something happens. It is to my knowledge that these commands cannot be added or changed, so one could not, for example, add a new type of succession law, and therefore the limit for succession modding is giving already existing laws to people who wouldn't normally be able to use them. That is the sort of descriptions that I'm looking for.
