I just got a popup saying "The lords of the Byzantium Empire approved the institution of The Regulated Inheritance Law." I am playing as the independent serine doge of Venice, so it makes sense I would get a popup when there's a change in inheritance laws concerning my de jure empire, however I've never seen this law, and I haven't found any info on the wiki.
