They do yet it have it´s difficuties having a free health-care system, in essence it works like having an insurance on governmental level. Everyone contributes to the system while not all have need for it at all times. But discussions on how much should be free and what should be prioritized have appeared. Since people won´t raise taxes too much and having just x amount of money divided between y expensive treatments have spurred due to the crisis recently...

I had that done to both my big-toenails when they became ingrown. Worked fine on one, but the other one had more problems a couple of years later and had to be pulled completely out.

Do you have to have any bandaging around the area? I remember having a few bandages that were quite an annoyance.


Either way although it stops you from force marching atleast you can still do the wizard stuff behind the code.
