Hello,

Could you help me understand the following situation:

My character is marshall of his liege, assigned by his liege to train troops in a county (this county is not mine).
I get a "effects of the controller's modifiers: train troops +80%" apply to levy reinforcement in all my counties. It's coming from the marshall position because if I resign, it is not there anymore.

However I don't understand why I'm getting this?
