What IS C.O.R.E.?

There doesn't seem to be any summary of the overall vision of the CORE mod, so could someone please post an explanation for its existence here?

I just want to find out about this mod, to know what it's all about.

I hope you mean 'recent' Ghost... The word 'resent' and CORE just don't go together IMHO.

CORE is a dream.

A average plan in time is better than a magnificent plan too late.

I would remind the gentlemen that producing a quality mod does take alot of time and effort. I would also remind him that producing the first CORE mod took a very long time too infact it took years. If you would like to quicken the production of the mod why don't you join the CORE team?
