This makes me happy to hear. I love to chose between good things in the short-term, but something bad might happen around the corner.Currently I have a very entertaining Mewar campaign running. Rajput regiments are strong but the more land they get, the more pesky events I get from them.
Chagatai is one of my favourite nations in the game. They've got a cool name, cool dynasty and an epic flag... and it is the only country with the Kyrgyz as main culture. As such I've planned to play them and invade India and allow the Kyrgyz to move in!
Very excited to play around with Gorkha and form Nepal since a Nepal campaign is always a lot of fun, and I am very interested in the Gurkha's and their history and their martial prowess so as usual that always excites me.
Khorosan > Timurids > Mughals. Mostly because I've already done a SP game as Timurids and am currently playing them in a MP game so I'd like to have a different start in hopefully getting a new Mughal achievment. After that I'd play something or other in India. I've literally never started in the sub-continent with almost 3,000 hours in this game or something absurd.
The formable nations like Marathas and Rajputana which gives me a clear target to start the game. Someone mentioned Sikh Mughals which sounds interesting. Also need to find out why Taungu is so popular.
Taungu was the largest Empire in SE Asia, and became the "sort of" basis for present day Myanmar/Burma. In game I like to see how well I can do against the Ming with as little land as possible. My personal record is I took 2 or 3 provinces from them in a war plus war reps, but all I had was the Burma area, and nothing else.
Mughals are the obvious choise for the first game though I haven't yet decided what nation I'm going to use to form them. Maybe Afganistan of Belugistan.
