We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
The duration on the 3rd one is 5 years longer than on the second one.
Still doesnt explain my ruler having "bold fighter".... i thought traits were added with RoM
Some starting rulers + heirs have traits hardcoded in to them; so I guess that not having the right DLC means they don't show up, but are still in effect somehow.
