I am afraid that a conflict with Poland will not be an isolated incident. France and Poland have close ties and Britain has guaranteed Poland's independence. If we attack Poland in 1938, which may give us a two-front war before we're ready for one. While the cowardly French will hide behind their Maginot Line, they surely will not wait if we leave the Siegfried Line empty. I also fear for our ability to fight France. A chart from our statistics page may ease my fears.

Yes, that is why I have bumped our land forces and fighters up in the queue. If we can forstall open conflict until late 1939...we will be better prepared by then. Of course, many of our units do not have bridgades attached.

Brigades can be produced in time. As long as we have the necessary forces ready to wage a ground campaign and hold the French in the West and decisively defeat the Poles in the East we should be able to come out victorious.
Good job on the Uboats. Heres to a long and fruitful career sinking British and french ships. Can I see our army/navy/airforce comparisons?

Hold on...had a CTD while saving...hope that did not corrupt the save game. I only had the autosave and two back ups...crosses fingers.
Dang...sorry y'all. All of the saved games seem to crash right around June-July 1939.

It took until 2am EST...but I did it..not sure what was wrong..but somehow by trying different events (declared war on poland worked...since the Danzig affair never popped)...funny thing is..France and GB waited for 3 months before DoW on me.
I will be writting up an AAR IC on it today while at work. And supplying the hard numbers once I get home tonight...
