(Norse + Anglo-Saxon) + Dutch is pretty fun if you're trying to resurrect Frisian culture and just hog all the coastal counties in the North Sea. The Polders tradition is a nice addition to a thalassocracy if you synergize it with Parochialism, Maritime Mercantilism and Coastal Warriors.

Not a cultural hybrid per say, but diverging into a Bellicose culture with the Swords for Hire tradition from Andalusian is pretty fun with all mercs you can possibly hire at a massive discount. Malleable Subjects is a really good tradition.

I spend 10 to 15 years raiding farming prestige so I can diverge my Culture by adding Only the Strong & Reverence for Veterans (need to have aggressive attacker to maximize gold from kills ).
I then do a Varangian Adventure for Bohemia. I Hybridize with them adding Industrious. Then I will reform my culture adding Culinary Artists.
Then from here I'll Add By the Sword when I unlock the 6th tradition slot.
Depending On what my Goals/Area of Conquest are for the playthrough I will hybridze a 2nd time adding in a regions special MAA
Lastly I will diverge/reform an add in Frequent Festivities

I've created a divergent culture from Basque that has shifted language to Arabic (via Andalusian counties), aesthetics to Portuguese and switched to Bureaucratic ethos. I have also adopted Equal martial custom for a large pool of knights.

My current traditions are Marital Ceremonies, Visigothic Codes, Hill Dwellers (capital in Santiago), Tabletop Warriors and Horse Breeders. I am currently in the process of swapping out the Ritualized Friendship tradition I stated with for Maritime Mercantilism due to most of my demesne being coastal.

When I eventually don't need Visigothic Codes anymore, I might hybridize with Occitan to swap it for Chanson de Geste.

Heres my creation of the Imperial Culture started as random count in Byzantine-Area. Formed out of Andalusian and "Rämisch" that formed out of Greek + Egyptian.

(Roman culure is "Römisch" in german and Egyptian is "Ägyptisch" , so i formed "Rämisch" :) )

Traditions: Warriors by Merit, Legalistic, Malleable Subjects, Philosopher Culture, Agrarian, By The Sword, Only the Strong (not displayed)

(Byzantine Traditions got kicked out at the moment i fouded the Roman Empire)

The Idea was to Hybrid Greek + Egyptian because I like both tradition sets (big Learning lifestyle enjoyer) and the Dynastie slogan was like: "Eat and think about it" .... we all were Cannabals by that time. Big Fun 10 / 10

The Andalusian mix in was just for testing out Malleable Subjects on a very wide empire and a bit boredom to be honest

My favorite was doing the "Turkish Eagle" achievement run where you establish the Sultanate of Rum, and create a hybrid between Oghuz and Greek cultures. It was an awesome mix of Horse Archers and Byzantine traditions.

You can change aesthetics/languages with diverge? How?
If you have a culture in your realm that makes up at least 10% of your counties and borders the culture you are diverging, you can use
their language when diverging. And if your culture is present in a region with a pre-set formable culture (like Portuguese), any diverged/hybrid cultures made there can adopt those aesthetics.

Currently: rabbinic Greco-Norse culture on Sicily (plan to educate heir as Sephardi, have him change culture in one province and then mix in Sephardis with my Greco-Norses). After that convert into samaritan and reconquer Holy Land.

Maratho-Norse: basically Marathian with Coastal Warriors and Performative Honor (to be swapped later to Elephant tradition once I get equal martial custom).

Turco-Persian. Oghuz-Tajik, with Iranian aesthetics, Spiritual ethos, Dryland Dwellers, Futuwaa, and Philosopher Culture...and just so you remember where they came from, Horse Lords and Ruling Caste.

Going for a Nubian-Egyptian fusion soon to go along with a Coptic heresy.

None yet. But Byzantine Empire collapsed without my influence in the game, and i managed to conquer Constantinople and Thrace as Finnish ruler. So i guess i would form Byzantine-Finnish culture if i can, atm acceptance does not allow it. Not sure its going to be most beneficial one available though.

My vassals however have formed multiple hybrids. None of them have been worth converting to yet.

EDIT: problem is that my culture is far enough advanced that i am not sure its worth covnerting anymore. It propably would be from pure gameplay pov but not when i take RP into account.

Created custom Dutch ruler, claimed and conquered Riga, conquered Kurland and rest of the Inflants, merged with Estonians and created Kurlander culture and have a blast with Coastal Warriors enhanced post-Dutch hybrid. Plan to give land for spare relative, grant him independence, swap to that character and do a "varangian" adventure into imploded Khazaria before tribal timer expires, then hybridize with Khazars and create "Volga Dutch/East Prussian" :D hybrid.
