So far I've been able to notice a trend in the hotkey setup. here are my notes:
ZXCV seem to be reserved to giving orders to whatever you have selected (be it army, air, or navy).
Having the top level tabs (country/research/etc.) extend over all the way to I seems like a big mistake. An ideal hotkey system should enable every button to be within the Left Hand's normal sphere of typing. QWER and shift+QWER would have been preferable to extending it to the right side of the keyboard.
asdf are likely reserved for very specific highly used commands (like s=split and f=find, working exactly like in other paradox games).
Anybody spot any that are not on the list? For example, the buttons in the top right side of the map open up Army overview, Naval Overview, and Air Overview. I know that P opens the naval overview, but have not been able to spot the army or air keys.
