I attacked France with Alfonso as Spanish Alfonso under Nationalist Spain (not carlists)
France gets the option to annex them with a focus, but it does not matter because you do not get cores and have to occupy entire of Spain, you don't even get their fleet!
Ah yes, HOI4. When you design an strategy game around fix predetermined railroaded paths and yet you forget to put rails on some of those paths.
