Well, the school from another dev video (don't remember which one). Maybe its fate was described during the video, but my English is not good enough to understand details.

I understand that it was flooded from liquid simulation point of view. But how fooding affects its educational function? Will teachers and students be able to swim to work? Or wil they stop on the shore and cry with joy (students)? Or maybe they will ignore the water like cargo ship ignored the dam?
And is the school able to catch fire?
Only thing I am sure of is that both water and drain are provided to the building. Which leads to other idea: if electricity had been connected, would the flood cause a short circuit at the power station?

You'd really hope the earth leak on the mains pylons would stop a fault at the powerhouse!

It would be interesting to see a 'derelict' alternate model for buildings that have been abandoned, similar to what SimCity does...

If there going to have rivers and lakes that can flood the land with buildings on it. They should create an idea when the buildings etc. get flooded and are under water for a long time. They get all murky and deteriate like in the real world. And when the waters recede you will be able to see the results. Tallying up the cost of the damages though insurance.

This. I hope plopped buildings and service buildings will be able to catch fire unlike SC5. It's unrealistic how they can't catch on fire randomly.
