Its been a while since i playe CK2, but i am missing the "Create vassal" option. Is this a bug or has it been removed in one of the patches ?

What happened to "Create vassal" ?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
You can use the create vassal option for minor holdings, but not the county capital. Just right click on the image of the holding and some buttons will appear; one is "create vassal".
