A close approximation I find would be the Orbitron (light) font. It lacks the verticality and the diagonal on the letter S, but it's close.

As discussed in previous treads, there is one crucial element missing in your font.

The typical gap between the a and the r.
If you watch closely, it isn't Stellaris but
Stella ris

A quick application of Fontspring's Matcherator shows that Luzern is the closest match, but likely modified by Paradox's art department. Especially the connector angle in the 'S' and some other small tweaks.

Luzern A doesn't match, it seems Orbitron light is closest match minus the S letters it seems, any ideas whether they will release the font?
