I've gotten back into CK2 again over the last couple of months, after not playing for at least a year or so.
It has occurred to me that siege events don't trigger anymore. It used to be that defenders would occasionally "sally out" for a raid against a besieging army. If the sally was successful, the sieging army would take losses. If it wasn't, the besieged force would take losses and receive a morale hit.
Or there was the "supplies smuggled into city" message, which would give the defenders a morale bonus.
I've played a good amount over the last several weeks. There hasn't been a single siege event that I've seen. What happened to these, and why?
