I know this is gamey, I'm just curious as I dislike getting events that have no effect because I've already changed what it was going to change (e.g. moving to 10 intervention, when events would have done it for me)
I'm especially interested in the Lend-Lease Events as I'd like to know how much IC the Soviets get in total.

Worth noting in case the OP is unaware that these can all be edited at will.

OP does not ask how to edit the events, he wants to know their effects. Which he will learn by opening the said file - I'm assuming he's atleast aware how to open a plain .txt file. ;)

USSR has, off the top of my head:
* Operation Zet, 1937 if Japan invades China: - a bunch of supplies, move toward Interventionism; not sure what Option B is.
* Great Officer Purge, ~1937 or 38: +10 dissent, bunch of dead random officers; or +30 dissent and moves towards Dove Lobby and maybe Central Planning
* Chasan Lake and Nomohan Incident, '38: - a few supplies, + to hawk and interventionism, - to relations with Japan, second event gives Non-Aggression Pact with Japan.
* We Don't Need Bluecher Anymore, 37 or 38: Bluecher dies
* Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, 39: if historical, cores on Baltic states and eastern Poland. Probably some more slider moves toward interventionism.

I know I'm missing a few events that change your security minister, but since I apparently lost Yagoda in the purge, I never got them.

You can get to full hawk by 1938 or 1939. It beneficial to move to Hawk first, since you get decreases in production cost & time, unless you plan to declare war early on neutrals (Sinkiang, Persia, whatever).

The Chasan Lake incident can have a different affect, in that if Japan choses you can have a Japan/Soviet war instead of keeping the peace. Its not an option that the AI selects very often, but it is possible (it happened to me in my last game, Japan kicked my Soviet butt :D )
